Yes. From the first WhatsApp message through to the written quote and final VAT invoice — everything is in English. Our technician on site speaks conversational English and will explain what they're doing at each step.
For emergency call-outs within central Lisbon, our target response time is 2 hours. For areas further out (Sintra, Cascais, Setúbal) it may be up to 3 hours. There is a €30 surcharge for call-outs after 8pm or on public holidays.
Yes. We issue proper Portuguese invoices (fatura) with VAT at 23% (IVA). If you have a NIF number, give it to us at booking time and the invoice will be issued to you personally, which is useful for NHR tax regime claims or rental property expenses.
We can. Just share the landlord's contact (even if they only speak Portuguese) and we'll coordinate directly. We can also provide a written report in Portuguese for the landlord and a copy in English for you.
